The Center signs an agreement with the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing

The Center has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing to enable the Center to benefit from the Saudi Cities Investment Portal (Fors) in offering and managing investment opportunities under its jurisdiction.

The signing of the agreement was witnessed by the Center's CEO, Dr. Ayman bin Salem Gholam, and the Ministry's Undersecretary for Privatization and Financial Sustainability, Eng. Ihab Hassoba, while the agreement aims to contribute to the development of the means of offering projects and investments falling under the competence of government entities, by announcing them through the Opportunities Portal to improve the investment environment, attract investments, and achieve the directions of Vision 2030

The areas of the agreement are represented in a number of points, most notably enabling the National Center of Meteorology to use the Foras Portal to offer and manage its real estate investment opportunities under its jurisdiction, using the Foras Portal to offer and manage real estate investment opportunities under the jurisdiction of the Center, completing the legal procedures related to the offering of investment opportunities, adhering to the relevant instructions and bearing all the legal effects related to them, and following the technical instructions issued by the Ministry regarding the method and controls of using the portal.
