The National Center for Meteorology provides a range of specialized meteorological services to meet the needs of beneficiaries from both the public and private sectors, with the aim of leveraging the center's expertise, information, and data.
The Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the National Center for Meteorology (NCM) in Saudi Arabia sets clear standards and guidelines for delivering accurate, timely meteorological data and services. It outlines NCM’s commitments to service reliability, response times, and data quality to ensure users receive dependable weather information essential for decision-making across various sectors. The SLA serves as a framework for maintaining high standards in NCM’s weather and climate-related offerings for both public and governmental use.
In accordance with the instructions of the National Center of Meteorology, to improve the services provided to beneficiaries in accordance with the tasks and responsibilities assigned to it, and to do everything in its power to provide services to beneficiaries and provide customers with electronic services in the easiest and most appropriate ways as quickly as possible, the aim of which is to facilitate the completion of beneficiaries’ requests through the use of electronic meteorological services.
The National Center of Meteorology is keen to keep the confidentiality and privacy of beneficiary information at the top of its priorities, and the privacy and confidentiality policy is a condition for using this site.
Meeting the different needs of beneficiaries and providing assistance and support in appropriate ways by providing readable content and various resources in different forms and facilitating use to provide a distinctive and effective experience for beneficiaries.
