Installation and Maintenance Services License Request

Submit the license application using the forms approved by the Center:

• The applicant must sign a declaration confirming the authenticity of the submitted documents and bear full criminal and civil liability in case of any false information, after presenting the original documents for verification.
• Pay the service fee for the requested license.
• Submit the official documents of the applicant (valid commercial registration, if available, including the nature of the activity, or supporting documents; registration with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority; VAT registration; and valid national ID or residence permit).
• Attach any other documents requested by the Center.
• Attach a company classification certificate issued by the relevant authorities.
• Attach a commitment that includes the following:

• • All engineering and technical personnel must be licensed by the relevant authorities (Saudi Council of Engineers / National Center for Meteorology).
  • All engineering and technical personnel must be qualified, trained, and have previous experience in the same field of specialization.
  • All machines, equipment, devices, systems, and tools used in performing installation and maintenance activities must comply with international specifications.
  • Submit a portfolio of previous work in the same field of specialization, if available.
  • Possess a valid, relevant ISO quality certificate.

Clarifications:

• The application for the management and operation service is submitted independently in cases where there is a fully integrated department responsible for carrying out management and operation activities.
